Our shipping charges

• West Malaysia: RM8 (RM180 free postage)
• East Malaysia: RM15 (RM250 free postage)
• Singapore: First 3 items RM23, every subsequent items +RM5
  
• Currently we ship by POS Malaysia for Malaysia orders, and Teleport for Singapore orders

When will my order be shipped

• Ready stock items ship in 1-2 working days
• Preorder items ship in 14-20 working days
• If your order consist of ready stock & preorder items, we will ship when all of the items are complete. If you wish to receive ready stock items first, kindly contact customer service to top up the postage.

Is it possible to arrange Same Day Delivery?

• Yes, we can arrange to ship your items on the same day via Grab / Lalamove if the item is Ready Stock. Contact our customer service via Instagram @lewildfactory to arrange.
• We are located at Sungai Buloh, Selangor. (Postcode: 47000)

Can I add on items to my previous order to save on shipping?

• You may add on items if your order is not yet shipped. You may check your order status under My Account page.
