When Will My Order Arrive

Kindly note that all of the items in store are pre-order based, unless able to choose “in stock” option.

Please note that we have cut off CNY orders on 3/1.

Orders placed on 4/1 onwards are not under our guarantee period to receive before CNY. While we are still taking orders, please make sure that you are flexible with the delivery timing due to potential logistic delays.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Once your order is placed and payment is complete, we will process and ship out your order around 10-15 days after each order's batch cut off date.
We cut off orders every 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th and last day of every month.

example: if I placed my order on 12th of the month, my order batch will cut off on 15th of the month. After the cut off day, my order will be shipped out in 10-15 days starting from the cut off day.
example: if I placed my order on 15th of the month, my order batch will cut off on the same day. My order will be shipped out in 10-15 days.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IF I ORDERED READY STOCK ITEMS?

Ready stock items will be shipped out in 1-2 days after the payment is complete.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IF I ORDERED A MIX OF READY STOCK AND PREORDER ITEMS?

You will receive all of your items once preorder items are also ready. Please refer to your preorder cut off date for the estimated arrival time.
