Exchange & Refund Policy.

If you wish to return your items purchased, please check if you are eligible for item exchange.


ScenarioExchange / Refund Policy

  • Products out of stock or no longer available
  • Lewildfactory serves the right to take down the items available / mark items unavailable without any early notice.
  • Should items become unavailable after order is placed, customers will be informed through email to conduct the refund / exchange with other items.
  • If customers choose to change to other items, products less than the original value will be refunded, whereas if the product is higher than the original value, customers will have to pay for the extra value.
2The items I received:
  • did not fit me well
  • wrong size bought
  • did not look good on me
  • I do not like the item
  • We do not accept exchanges / returns for these scenarios.
  • Kindly make sure that the size you bought is correct by using the measurements provided in each product’s description page before you check out.
3Defective Items:

  • product is damaged / has a hole / torn / scratched / has defects
  • product has dirt stains
Minor defects or dirt  stains 1cm and below
  • Due to stocks come in bulk, please note that there can be minor defects or dirt stains on the garment. We are sorry to inform that we cannot provide exchanges / refunds for slight defects.
  • We will check each garment before shipping them out to you to make sure that there are no obvious dirt stains or defects.

Defects or dirt stains 1cm and above

  • We will provide you an exchange with a new same garment for the defected/stained item. You will have to send the item back to us. Postage will be bared by Lewildfactory.
  • Items returned should have the tags intact and in the original condition as received (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
  • Please contact us and provide us the following details to proceed with an item exchange: (1) Order ID (2) Photo of the defected/stained part of the garment
  • We only accept returns within 5 working days from the day when parcel tracking status is shown “Delivered/Received”. Customers hold full responsibility until we receive the returned item.
  • Should the item to be exchanged becomes unavailable (see section 1), customers can choose to make a refund / change to other items available in store.

  • I received the wrong item / wrong size from Lewildfactory
  • We will provide you an exchange with the correct item. You will have to send the item back to us. Postage will be bared by Lewildfactory.
  • Items returned should have the tags intact and in the original condition as received (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
  • Please contact us and provide us the following details to proceed with an item exchange: (1) Order ID (2) Photo of the item that you have received wrongly
